Construction Debris Removal in Washington DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland
Construction debris removal clears non-hazardous material left from remodeling, repairs, installations, and other building projects. It is useful when the debris is already generated and you need labor and hauling rather than a dumpster sitting at the property.

What We Remove
- Drywall and plaster debris
- Lumber, trim, and non-treated wood scraps
- Flooring, tile, and removed finish materials
- Cabinets, countertops, and renovation tear-out debris
- Packaging and non-hazardous job-site waste

How It Works
Step 1
Describe the debris
Tell us what materials you have, approximate volume or pile size, whether the debris is loose or bagged, and where it is located on the job site.
Step 2
Confirm access and material restrictions
We review loading access and identify materials that may require different handling, including hazardous substances, asbestos-containing material, chemicals, or other regulated waste.
Step 3
We load and haul
The crew loads the accepted construction debris from the agreed-upon area and hauls it away.
Why Choose TrashMoving911
- Useful for renovation debris when a roll-off dumpster is unnecessary or impractical
- Labor and hauling are combined so the project team does not have to load and transport debris separately
- Works for homeowner renovations and qualifying contractor-generated debris when the material and access are confirmed

Light Demolition
Light demolition covers small, clearly defined teardown projects that are more involved than ordinary junk removal but do not automatically constitute full structural demolition. Typical projects can include selected decks, fences, small outdoor structures, built-ins, or similar components when the scope, utilities, hazards, access, and permit requirements have been evaluated.

Interior demolition is selective tear-out work used to prepare a room or interior space for renovation. The service should be limited to a clearly defined, non-structural scope unless the project has the required plans, approvals, professional evaluation, and trade work for anything that affects structure or building systems.

Shed demolition combines dismantling an unwanted small accessory structure with hauling away the resulting debris. The scope depends on shed size, construction material, foundation, utility connections, nearby fences or structures, property access, and any permit requirements that apply to the address.

What is the difference between construction debris removal and demolition?
Construction debris removal is primarily hauling material that has already been removed. Demolition services include the actual tear-out or dismantling of an agreed-upon structure or interior component before the debris is hauled away.
Can you take concrete, brick, roofing, or other heavy material?
Heavy materials must be identified before quoting because weight, loading method, volume, and disposal requirements can materially change the job. Send photos and approximate quantities for evaluation.
Do you take hazardous construction material?
Do not include suspected asbestos, lead-contaminated debris, chemicals, solvents, fuels, or other hazardous or regulated material without first identifying it. Those materials may require testing or specialized handling.
